How many people fit under a tent?
Our starting estimate is 40 seated or 60 standing guests per 400 sq ft. A 20 × 20 tent therefore estimates 40 seated guests or 60 standing guests. Table arrangements, aisles, catering and other event needs affect the final capacity. Use our tent size planner for a starting point and we will confirm the fit.
How far in advance should I book a tent in Brampton?
Book as early as you can, especially for summer weekends. For larger events, aim for four to eight weeks ahead. Planning something last minute? Send us the date and we will check availability.
Do you handle delivery, setup and takedown?
Yes. Delivery, professional installation and takedown are part of the service. Timing and any delivery charge are confirmed around your location, site access, event schedule and rental package.
Which areas do you serve?
We focus on Brampton and Caledon, and also serve Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan and Milton when the delivery logistics work. Send your event location and we will confirm service.
How do quotes, deposits and payments work?
Build a quote list from our rental collection and send it with your event details through WhatsApp or email. We confirm availability, pricing, any deposit and the balance deadline. A quote request does not reserve equipment — you can also check dates and book on our Book Now page.
What happens if the weather changes?
We can talk through sidewalls and tent options for your event. Confirm a weather backup plan before the day, and get in touch if the forecast shifts so we can review the setup with you.
Can I rent chairs and tables with my tent?
Yes. Combine your tent with chair and table rentals for dining, buffets and guest seating. Add lighting or a dance floor if you need them, and share the full layout with us before the final setup is confirmed.
Where can I see the items in my booking cart?
Select Cart in the header of any page. It opens the Booqable cart for your selected dates and rental items. A custom quote list is separate and can be sent through our Contact page.
