Quotes and reservations

A quote request does not reserve equipment. Your rentals are reserved only once a booking is confirmed and any required deposit is received. Availability and pricing are confirmed before booking.

Delivery, setup and takedown

We coordinate delivery, installation and takedown around your event and site access. Timing and any delivery charges are confirmed with your quote. Please make sure the setup area is clear and accessible on the scheduled date.

Site and safety

You are responsible for identifying underground utilities, sprinklers and obstructions before installation, and for confirming any permits your site or event may require. We will confirm anchoring and surface requirements before setup.

Changes and weather

Changes may be possible depending on timing and inventory — contact us as soon as your plans change. We can discuss sidewalls and backup options; please confirm a weather plan before the day.
