What we collect
When you send a quote request or booking enquiry, we collect the details you provide — your name, contact information, event date, location and the rentals you are interested in. Our online booking is handled through Booqable, which processes the dates, items and payment details you enter there.
How we use it
We use your details only to prepare your quote, confirm availability and pricing, coordinate delivery and setup, and stay in touch about your event. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share information only where it is needed to run your booking — for example with our booking provider, Booqable — or where the law requires it.
